Refund policy

 

1. 1. All Diamond Jewellery is made to order and bespoke made, because of this, it is non refundable or exchangeable.
   2. Nose, Ear or Body jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged to to hygiene reasons.
   3. The right to cancel under the Distance Selling regulations does NOT apply because the goods we supply are dependent on fluctuations in the financial market and are therefore exempt from the right to cancel (as per Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts 2013).
   4. Items that do not fall under diamond jewellery, or made to order jewellery, can be returned/exchanged If they are not as described. Please email Info@chandnijewellers.com for any queries relating to exchanges or item returns.
